About the role

  • Own and execute people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Support hiring execution through interview coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS hygiene
  • Power up the Talent team by removing operational friction and improving hiring workflows
  • Ensure People systems and data are clean, accurate, and trusted across HRIS, ATS, and documentation
  • Reduce manual admin by building and improving workflows using automation and AI-powered tools
  • Own working equipment logistics and systems for new and existing employees, including laptops and access management
  • Create consistency and clarity across People processes as the company scales

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or People Administration roles
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a love for structure
  • Comfortable working across systems, tools, and documentation
  • Trusted with sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through independently
  • Curious about improving processes and leveraging better tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
