About the role
- Own and execute people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Support hiring execution through interview coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS hygiene
- Power up the Talent team by removing operational friction and improving hiring workflows
- Ensure People systems and data are clean, accurate, and trusted across HRIS, ATS, and documentation
- Reduce manual admin by building and improving workflows using automation and AI-powered tools
- Own working equipment logistics and systems for new and existing employees, including laptops and access management
- Create consistency and clarity across People processes as the company scales
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or People Administration roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a love for structure
- Comfortable working across systems, tools, and documentation
- Trusted with sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through independently
- Curious about improving processes and leveraging better tools
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
