Moderation & Compliance Executive

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain Fanvue’s real-time, stateful Chat Service at scale
• Own and evolve internal event-driven APIs that connect chat data to monetisation, user, and AI systems
• Instrument, monitor, and continuously improve performance across latency, throughput, and concurrency
• Architect the foundational data and API layers required for Always-On AI features (translation, summarisation, agentic workflows)

• Run high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests across the creator funnel and key product surfaces
• Map, instrument, and optimise the creator AARRR funnel in partnership with data engineering
