• Own a pooled book of 500+ creators with full accountability for gross revenue retention
• Build, maintain, and iterate playbooks that drive retention, reduce contraction, and surface expansion opportunities at scale
• Monitor creator health signals (engagement drops, earnings decline, support ticket spikes) and run targeted interventions before churn materializes
• Run a weekly cadence: risk alerts, contraction monitoring, playbook execution reviews
• Design and automate lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, feature adoption nudges) through CS platform workflows
• Support the broader CS team by providing pooled coverage as more creators move out of dedicated 1:1 management
• Provide reactive support to creators in the pooled segment when risks, problems, or support needs arise
• Partner with Product, Support, Moderation, and Growth to close feedback loops and improve creator outcomes
• Track and report on cohort-level retention, contraction, and engagement metrics

Growth Marketing

• You will own all of growth at Fanvue. Not a slice of it. The full system from first touch to compounding retention, spanning marketing channels and product-led growth mechanics. You'll report directly to the COO and co-founder with full P&L ownership and executive-level authority. In the first 12 months, you will take combined marketing-led and product-led GMV cohorts toward $250M+ run-rate.
• Own paid and organic acquisition end-to-end, creator-side and fan-side. Fan acquisition has historically been under-resourced relative to creator-side. This is a gap to close.
• Build and manage the full channel portfolio: YouTube creator placements, paid YouTube, SEM, paid social, podcasts, partnerships, affiliates, and channels not yet found.
• Replace today's blended LTV:CAC and survey-based triangulation with a real multi-touch attribution model.
• Use payback period as the primary scaling lever.
• Own the growth marketing P&L.
• Lead US market expansion.
• Own creator activation and conversion at every stage: KYC pass rate, fan signup-to-paying, paying-to-multi-subscription.
• Drive ARPU optimisation across spend depth, tipping, and messaging revenue.
• Build referral systems and viral loops across creators and fans.
• Establish the cross-functional operating model with Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Own fan spend retention and creator GRR/NRR.
• Design and run churn-reduction experiments and engagement mechanics.
• Build high-velocity experimentation infrastructure with clear metrics and feedback loops.
• Build and scale a Growth org from scratch.
• Create dashboards, testing frameworks, forecasting, and repeatable systems that scale with the business, not one-off campaigns.

• You'll own everything that shapes how the world sees Fanvue, from brand identity and campaign creative to PR, performance ads, and owned channels.
• You'll report directly to the founders with full ownership of the creative function.
• Define Fanvue's brand from the ground up: visual identity, voice, positioning, and the guidelines everyone else builds from.
• Concept and art-direct multi-channel campaigns across social, video, paid, and out-of-home.
• Own narrative and PR: media relationships, the story we tell, and how we position Fanvue publicly.
• Build performance creative that converts across paid social and search, judged on results.
• Make marketing and product feel like one brand, with design-system thinking across both.
• Run owned channels: editorial, social, video, and thought leadership.
• Hire and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Direct external agencies when it's the right call, and know when to build in-house instead.
