About the role

  • FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP Client Services Manager to support the VIP Shield Select hospitality offering. Oversee shield select order portfolio, communications around requests, logistical planning and delivery of the VIP experience. Customer communication with FanDuel customers and third party vendors. May require in person hosting occasionally. Develop and implement strategies to primarily drive engagement, retention and KYC through shield select program. Provide continuous assessment of VIP shield select approach and identify areas for improvement and optimizations. Work with key stakeholders across FanDuel group to implement improvements and efficiencies. Own and build strong relationships with internal partners including commercial, VIP account manager team, product transformation, ACE, procurement, legal, compliance, CRM and survey teams. Ownership of execution on logistical aspects of all shield select orders. Manage a team overseeing customer profile, data and identify trends to support future scope of work for the shield select program. Work with cross VIP platform teams on tactical strategy, innovation opportunities and creative best practices. Continuously enhance VIP shield select offering by evaluating industry and non-industry VIP+ programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record preferred. 5 years of experience of experiential execution. An ability to learn quickly, adjust to new environments, and proactively contribute to the team's success Experience evaluating opportunities and working with third party vendors. Possesses an analytical and proactive mindset - you enjoy aggregating information across disparate data points and sources into clear, actionable insight Clear communicator and multitasker, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across internal and external stakeholders with ease. Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Intuitive / Problem Solver Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours
