• Manage the portfolio of hospitality assets as well as assist with the planning and delivery of VIP events
• Plan, deliver and execute on VIP events with the support of Key Account Managers
• Serve as a liaison between VIP team, various departments and suppliers while effectively communicating event needs

Senior Associate, VIP Events

• Plan and deliver on VIP events with the support of Key Stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, various departments and suppliers while effectively communicating any information necessary to successfully execute the event needs and maintain a good relationship
• Conduct research to find best fit venues, entertainment providers and accommodations
• Support in person events to ensure executional efficiency in conjunction with others
• Act as the primary liaison for cross-product teams to align event strategies with company goals
• Collect post event data from surveys to create post event summaries with details of areas of success and improvement
• Ownership of event management for account manager led events, with knowledge of event production
• Ownership of procurement, payment processing & recording for led events
• Review Post Event Recaps to ensure all data is correct and submitted in a timely manner for account recording
• Other duties as required to support business needs.

VIP Events Associate

• Support the development of FanDuel’s VIP event strategy, including major sports tentpoles, market‑specific experiences, and bespoke premium activations.
• Recommend innovative event concepts based on VIP strategy, goals, and customer preferences and insights.
• Work in conjunction with VIP teams on creative visioning, and planning documents to guide alignment with key internal partners.
• Partner with FanDuel’s Talent team to synergize on VIP talent need which include, contracting, scheduling, and activation planning.
• Manage VIP talent logistics and hospitality at events, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and delivered with white‑glove service.
• Identify and strategize opportunities for talent to elevate VIP experiences—meet‑and‑greets, live content moments, and hospitality integrations.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new external agencies, event vendors, talent reps, and hospitality partners.

• Enhancing the core React Native codebase for the Sportsbook app, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Profiling and optimising app startup and runtime performance across the React Native stack (rendering, bundle size, memory, JS/native thread work, etc.)
• Building and maintaining shared frameworks, tooling, libraries, and components that support feature teams
• Improving developer experience through better tooling, documentation, templates, CI reliability, and build performance
• Contributing to technical design discussions and leading multi-phase improvements, breaking work into incremental, testable deliveries aligned with team priorities
