About the role
- Provide in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing skill-based, evidence-based practices
- Act as a resource, provider & advocate for families to promote child welfare
- Provide evidence-based interventions and case management support under contractual responsibilities
- Utilize collaborative documentation
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community partners
- Provide evidence-based practices to families and individuals associated with the family
- Maintain an appropriate level of direct contact with families
- Report and document emergencies and critical incidents involving family members or staff
- Participate actively in individual, group, and organizational supervisions/trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an associate of arts degree in human services, and related field
- Two years of full-time experience in human services or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of community resources and service providers in the service area
- Scheduling flexibility with the ability to work evenings and weekends
