Customer Support

• Provide in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing skill-based, evidence-based practices to help families implement solutions to problems and strengthen families
• Act as a resource, provider & advocate for families to promote child welfare
• Utilize collaborative documentation
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community partners
• Maintain an appropriate level of direct contact with families per program requirements and remain available to families 24/7 for crisis intervention as needed
• Ensure professionalism through role modeling, and respect
• Utilize own vehicle to travel to work destinations and transport youth as authorized, provide services in the community, or the primary home of the child and family
• Report and document emergencies and critical incidents involving clients or staff
• Participate actively in individual, group, and organizational supervision/training

Family Support Specialist – Temporary

• Provide evidence-based interventions and case management support under contractual responsibilities
• Utilize collaborative documentation
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community partners
• Maintain an appropriate level of direct contact with families per program requirements
• Ensure professionalism through role modeling and respect
• Report and document emergencies and critical incidents involving family members or staff
• Participate actively in individual, group, and organizational supervisions/trainings
