About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide in-home intervention to children and their families
Utilize skill-based, evidence-based practices to help families implement solutions
Act as a resource, provider, and advocate for families
Provide evidence-based interventions and case management support under contractual responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community partners
Report and document emergencies involving family members or staff
Participate actively in individual and group supervisions/trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate of Arts degree
Two years of full-time experience in human services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of community resources and service providers in the service area
Scheduling flexibility with availability for evenings and weekends
On-call availability for crisis response
