About the role

  • Manage a multi-million Euro annual growth budget with full autonomy for the Consumer vertical.
  • Dynamically allocate capital between High-Velocity Channels (Digital/Quick Lending) and High-LTV Channels (Partnerships/Prime Lending) to maximise Enterprise Value.
  • Prioritise Profitability and LTV over vanity metrics, ensuring every channel meets strict payback targets.
  • Build a scalable Offline & Partnership Engine to acquire Prime Users (Salary Earners) who are often blind to digital "loan apps."
  • Design and execute partnerships with HR/Payroll platforms, Corporates, and Unions.
  • Use the Prime Loan as an entry point to capture the user's Salary Account.
  • Build high-quality digital funnels that feed qualified leads (SMEs, Fleet Operators) to the Business Banking and Asset Finance sales teams.
  • Design and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and targeted digital campaigns that position FairMoney as a serious player.
  • Drive the growth strategy for our live markets in East and Southern Africa.

Requirements

  • The "Full-Stack" Leader: You are equally comfortable optimizing a Facebook Ad Account for quick loans as you are negotiating a Payroll API Integration with a corporate partner.
  • Collaborative Influencer: You have experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting General Managers/Business Unit Heads, Product and Risk with marketing muscle without needing to own the sales operation directly.
  • Multi-Geography Experience: Proven track record of managing growth across multiple African countries or emerging markets.
  • Financial Fluency: You speak the language of Unit Economics, Cost of Funds, Float Yield, and Payback Periods. You can debate LTV models with a CFO.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Growth, Marketing, or P&L roles, with deep experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, or High-Velocity Consumer Tech.
