Legal Assistant

• Als Organisationstalent hältst du unseren Juristen und Mandanten den Rücken frei.
• Deine Aufgaben sind ein Mix aus dem klassischen Profil des Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten und modernem Forderungsmanagement.
• Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für Mandanten, Gerichte und die Gegenseite und managst den elektronischen Rechtsverkehr.
• Du führst unsere digitalen Akten, überwachst Fristen und behältst bei Wiedervorlagen den Überblick.
• Zudem bereitest du Termine sowie die notwendigen Unterlagen und Prozessmappen professionell vor.
• Vom Mahnbescheid bis zur Zwangsvollstreckung – du kümmerst dich um das Forderungsmanagement und erstellst Kostenrechnungen.
• Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Schriftsätzen und hilfst uns, unsere Arbeitsprozesse statistisch zu erfassen und zu optimieren.

Legal Trainee for Elective and/or Attorney Stage – Full/Dual Station

Attorney

• Überwachung täglich Kontostände, Cashflows und Zahlungsströme aller Gesellschaften
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen Liquiditätssteuerung
• Steuerung von Umbuchungen, Cash-Pooling und Fremdgeldbewegungen
• Erstellung von Liquiditätsprognosen, Analysen und Reports
• Aufbau eines modernen Berichtswesens mit Forecasts, KPI-Dashboards und Abweichungsanalysen

• You enforce all claims of our fairforce clients using modern legal-tech tools
• You organize and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
• You support our clients empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach during a difficult and exceptional situation
