About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the personal point of contact and advisor for people affected by accidents
You accompany your clients from the technical damage assessment to the successful enforcement and payout of all accident-related claims
You arrange an appraiser, a replacement vehicle, and a reliable repair shop for your clients as needed
You communicate via the fairforce software with clients, insurance companies, partners, and authorities
You support our clients empathically and with a solution-oriented approach in the exceptional situation of an accident

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years' experience handling motor vehicle accident damage claims
Confident use of laptops and digital work tools
Basic hands-on experience with AI tools
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
Customer-focused, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong written and spoken German (at least C1)
