About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the personal point of contact and advisor for clients affected by accidents
Guide clients from the technical damage assessment through to the successful assertion and receipt of all accident-related claims
Arrange expert appraisers, rental vehicles and a reliable repair garage
Communicate via the fairforce software with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
Provide empathetic, solution-focused support to clients in the exceptional situation of an accident

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years' experience handling automotive accident claims
Comfortable using a laptop and digital working tools
Basic hands-on experience with AI tools
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
Customer-focused, structured and solution-oriented working style
Proficient German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
