About the role

  • Client Account Management: Work with FAI’s international team to deliver impactful programmes
  • Manage the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key client accounts and sustainability programmes
  • Coordinate budgets, work plans, timelines, and client communications
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client teams
  • Provide consultancy support, including preparing technical reports and presentations
  • Contribute expertise on retail supply chains and livestock production systems
  • Support the development and refinement of FAI’s data systems and digital tools
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client programmes or develop new solutions
  • Contribute to proposal development, strategic pitches, and scoping conversations alongside the Sales and Consultancy teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within retail, food supply chains, or terrestrial livestock/agriculture sectors
  • Strong project management skills: planning, delivery, budgeting, and evaluation
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong digital competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools, data handling)
  • Degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Agriculture, Sustainability, Food Systems, Animal Science, or related fields (desirable)
  • Knowledge of sustainability issues within food and farming systems—including welfare, environmental performance, and regenerative agriculture (desirable)
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities or contributing to consultancy proposals (desirable)
