About the role
- Report directly to the Laboratory Manager
- Be part of the product development team and define and plan validation and verification tests, including tests required for product certification according to applicable Directives and Standards
- Analyze data resulting from testing activities and prepare related reports
- Actively participate in all phases of product development up to market launch
- Suggest effective solutions for resolving issues with components and prototypes
- Collaborate with all specialists within the team
- Work within the laboratory using the available facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a diploma from a Technical Institute
- Relevant experience, even brief, in similar roles within modern, well-structured companies
- Effective communication skills
- Cooperative/teamwork approach
- Ability to quickly design and implement problem configuration schemes
- Ability to identify and anticipate risks and manage them
- Ability to propose realistic and effective solutions after analysis
- Promote a culture treating mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning
