- General bookkeeping for our external accounting clients including bank reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT preparation and filing
- Monthly PAYE preparation and filing
- Workplace pension preparation and filing
- Xero and QuickBooks experience is required along with exposure to other online accounting packages
- Ongoing support and guidance to clients
- Talk to clients and work with individuals within their business
Requirements
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Client management skills
- Excellent English communication skills with both clients and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet challenging deadlines
- A thorough, methodical approach
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills, particularly in the use of online accounting software
- The ability to work as part of a team
