About the role
- Provide day-to-day employment law advice to People & Culture and business leaders.
- Support internal HR investigations and oversee employment litigation matters.
- Partner closely with Regional Managing Counsel teams and outside counsel.
- Lead high-impact legal initiatives and projects that drive organizational change with respect to employment law compliance.
Requirements
- Law degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
- At least 5 years practicing employment law, with significant experience advising clients directly.
- Background at a respected national or international law firm required, with a clear focus on employment law.
- In-house experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and demonstrate sound judgment in factually ambiguous situations.
