About the role
- Design and lead the rhythm of the business across technology operations
- Identify and prioritize strategic programs to improve delivery
- Create and deliver external communication strategies
- Serve as the liaison between the CTOO and other business units
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role
- 5 years working closely with C-level executives, particularly in technology companies
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or senior operational role
- Strong organizational, planning, portfolio, and project management skills
