About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across our engineering and sales teams
- Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
- Promote and represent our F5 brand and opportunities to candidates
- Maintain ATS documentation and provide regular pipeline and reporting updates
Requirements
- Demonstrated full-cycle EMEA recruiting experience across either engineering/niche technical hiring and technical specialist sales roles
- Proven track record proactively sourcing, qualifying, shortlisting and hiring diverse talent across multiple functions and EMEA locations
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement
