Create, optimize, and maintain advanced scripts to automate device management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to engineering team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Partner with leadership to shape team strategy, set priorities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of client engineering practices.

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience with MDM solutions, especially JAMF and Intune.
Basic knowledge of macOS, Windows and Mobile OS’s
Experience with solution architecture for client environments.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads efficiently.
