About the role
- Drive the management, optimization, and scaling of the firm’s employee engagement & experience agenda including the framework of policies & processes and recognition.
- End-to-end execution of talent programs, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Developing toolkits, communication material, and enablement resources.
- Support EVP activation through storytelling and employee touchpoints.
- Play an active role in change enablement by supporting rollout plans and adoption tracking.
- Track program metrics, prepare insights, and support reporting for leadership reviews.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Development/ Employee engagement/ Recognition in a COE capacity with a large multinational organisation.
- Hands-on experience in program management, coordination and execution
- Strong storyboarding, strategizing, execution and program management capability
- Structured thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Learning agility
- Strong communication skills
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent qualification
