Requirements

Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, CMC) or advanced graduate degree in business (e.g., MBA)
5-8 years of experience in professional services organization or related career tracks
Previous management consulting experience is a strong asset
Experience related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions
Solid understanding of integrations, separations and due diligence
Proven track record of managing projects in diligence / integration / divestiture space
Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Excellent communication skills to clients at all organization levels
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience managing teams on multiple projects
Ability to travel within Canada and the US
