About the role

  • Serve as primary contacts for our clients
  • Assess attractiveness of potential targets, turning around underperforming institutions
  • Frame strategic issues and shape potential courses of action
  • Support client relationship management while executing projects
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute workplans including analytics
  • Develop effective relationships with client stakeholders
  • Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team
  • Build a personal network within the firm

Requirements

  • Engineering, Finance or Commerce undergrad (MA, MBA, PhD an asset)
  • Minimum of five years relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy function leadership, or private equity experience
  • Work/leadership experience with demonstrated impact
  • Personable with strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Advanced modelling skills (Excel) and visualization skills (Tableau and/or Power BI)
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingualism in both French and English is a requirement
