About the role
- Proactively source and attract top-tier talent across all EY service lines
- Build community/professional relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies
- Understand the marketplace and pre-screen candidates on availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications
- Partner with Recruiters to generate ideas and share information that facilitates an effective high-volume search process
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years recruiting experience and/or sourcing experience in a high volume staffing role
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ideally, you’ll also have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
