About the role
- Conduct vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with risk management through the BRIDGE process.
- Coordinate with service line requestors to gather and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, risk management, research and Independence and finance teams to ensure seamless process completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all onboarding and compliance activities.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and SharePoint
- Service line communication in English and vendor Email communication in Spanish.
