About the role
- Developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
- Understanding assessment methods to ensure candidates align with EY's culture and values
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific needs and provide guidance
- Staying informed about the Tax or Law sector to map relevant skill sets
- Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through EY’s recruitment tools and processes
- Promoting strategies that attract a diverse pool of candidates
Requirements
- 3 or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the tax or legal sector
- A proven track record of executing high-volume recruitment and solid experience in sourcing candidates from various channels
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability to quickly learn and understand highly technical roles
- Strong communication skills, effectively engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional competency in the English language
- Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset
