About the role

  • Prepare and execute operational turnaround programs, integration plans and/or carve-out plans to shareholder value for clients
  • Participate in client engagement teams executing Value Creation to support key decision makers
  • Advise on all phases of methodology across integrations, carve-outs, and other transaction engagements
  • Provide support and advice on transactions in various industries and functional areas
  • Focus on identifying operational performance improvement and value creation
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and cultivate business development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of work experience
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 3 years of work experience
  • 2 years of experience in operations performance improvement, private equity value creation, business integrations, or carve-outs
  • 1 year of experience with detailed financial modeling and/or operational cost reduction analysis
  • 1 year of experience leading client executive meetings/discussions
  • 1 year of experience in operational due diligence and/or performance improvement
  • 1 year of experience applying business accounting concepts, including profit and loss and Excel modeling
  • 1 year of experience in a consulting, professional services firm, corporate, or private equity firm in mergers & acquisitions
  • 1 year of experience leading engagement teams of 2 or more staff members
  • Travel required up to 80%, of which 20% may be international
