About the role
- provide consulting services to Power & Utility clients implementing digital grid programs, capabilities and systems
- support technology transformation projects and programs
- manage timelines, costs, and quality in project execution
- draft and maintain technical documentation
- contribute to business development support
- stay current with the latest trends in the industry

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related field (4-year degree)
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably within the power utility industry
- Willingness to learn any one of these systems: DER power flow, SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, or other utility control room solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of utility operations and ability to interact effectively with control room personnel
