About the role

  • Working in a collaborative team environment, the Transition Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing the seamless transition of services, processes, or operations for clients.
  • The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in transition management, project management, or service delivery within a large-scale, global environment.
  • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, communication strategies, and milestone tracking.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence to assess current state processes and identify areas for improvement during the transition phase.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.
  • Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks during the transition process.
