About the role
- Provide compliance and advisory services on tax implications related to global share incentive programs
- Deliver quality client service
- Manage end-to-end global projects
- Engage clients, question and negotiate to provide results
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in related field, an MBA or JD/LLM
- 5+ years’ experience in expatriate tax or payroll
- US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, active Enrolled Agent certification or active state bar membership
- Understanding of automated tax-processing systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Successful delivery of global equity projects
