About the role
- Act as a bridge between Business Teams, Competency Leaders, Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Lead timely forecasting of resource needs, utilization tracking, and demand-supply matching.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure hiring plans align with business demand and competency goals.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as utilization, target achievement, and areas of operational focus or misses.
- Apply a consulting-style risk lens to identify potential delivery, capacity, or talent risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
- Technical expertise to understand related industry issues / trends and conduct Internal audits, business process re-engineering and internal control engagements for global clients across various sectors.
- Strong and thorough understanding of various business processes across different sectors to identify control gaps and assess risk.
- Conduct review of internal control risk frameworks, process flows/ narratives and review the suitability of internal control, design, and procedures (as applicable).
- Very strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and activities across multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of workforce planning, hiring cycles, and utilization metrics.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Exposure to risk assessment frameworks or consulting methodologies is a plus.
