About the role
- Help clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues
- Architect solutions for complex problems
- Translate strategy, redesign operating models, transform operations and processes
- Improve overall business performance
- Define problems and hypothesize solutions
- Facilitate client discussions and present improvements
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purposes
- Support business development activities, proposal writing and knowledge building activities
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of government related work experience as a consultant or government employee
- At least three years of experience in leading projects on government strategy, policy making, target operating model design, process improvement and/or technology implementation
- Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work
- Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally
- A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) is preferred but not essential.
