About the role
- Conduct employee consultations providing advice related to processes such as Leave of Absences and Return from Leave
- Support the departure process and collaborate with employees and stakeholders for offboarding
- Manage and execute major talent programs
- Support employee requests related to Immigration and Work Permits
- Execute operational activities including employee life cycle transaction requests
- Collect and structure data from multiple sources to produce reports for analysis
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and deliver new employee orientation
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or a certificate in Human Resources (or a related field)
- Minimum 3 years experience executing Human Resources programs and processes
- Experience with HRMS system(s) that support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Strong skills in Excel and Power Point
- Professional competency in the English language
- Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset
