About the role

  • Conduct, manage, and oversee data mitigation, time, expense, and Code of Conduct-related investigations
  • Assist in developing strategy and protocols governing investigations
  • Supervise and mentor other ECIT team members
  • Interpret and analyze sensitive data related to Code of Conduct investigations
  • Present findings and recommendations to firm leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Secondary degree preferred
  • 12+ years related work experience, including leading a team of investigators, preferably in a corporate or business setting
  • Extensive experience conducting highly complex and sensitive investigations, including data exfiltration, time and expense issues, and corporate credit card misuse
  • Solid understanding of internal practices and procedures
  • Strong writing skills, including investigative summary memos or legal documents
