About the role
- Conduct, manage, and oversee data mitigation, time, expense, and Code of Conduct-related investigations
- Assist in developing strategy and protocols governing investigations
- Supervise and mentor other ECIT team members
- Interpret and analyze sensitive data related to Code of Conduct investigations
- Present findings and recommendations to firm leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Secondary degree preferred
- 12+ years related work experience, including leading a team of investigators, preferably in a corporate or business setting
- Extensive experience conducting highly complex and sensitive investigations, including data exfiltration, time and expense issues, and corporate credit card misuse
- Solid understanding of internal practices and procedures
- Strong writing skills, including investigative summary memos or legal documents
