About the role
- play a pivotal role in implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture.
- understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational structures and contexts, planning and implementing targeted behavior change initiatives that make a real impact.
- be at the forefront of shaping and driving behavioral change within organizations.
- advise on the measurement, design, and implementation of behavioral programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- contribute to transforming organizational culture and enhancing individual performance.
- apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in top tier or boutique consulting firm
- Technical skills in change management and experience design.
- Expertise in change assessment and readiness
- Experience in stakeholder management and analysis.
- Proficiency in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
- Ability to analyze and model behavioral drivers.
- Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
- Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics.
- Skills in coaching and personal development.
- Team effectiveness and development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
