About the role

  • play a pivotal role in implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture.
  • understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational structures and contexts, planning and implementing targeted behavior change initiatives that make a real impact.
  • be at the forefront of shaping and driving behavioral change within organizations.
  • advise on the measurement, design, and implementation of behavioral programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • contribute to transforming organizational culture and enhancing individual performance.
  • apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives.
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes.
  • engage with clients to understand their unique contexts and tailor behavioral strategies to their specific needs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in top tier or boutique consulting firm
  • Technical skills in change management and experience design.
  • Expertise in change assessment and readiness
  • Experience in stakeholder management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze and model behavioral drivers.
  • Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
  • Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics.
  • Skills in coaching and personal development.
  • Team effectiveness and development capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
