About the role
- Develop brand volume forecasts for strategic and operational planning.
- Conduct long-term forecasting based on franchise insights.
- Perform sensitivity analyses to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regional forecasting needs.
- Create accurate forecasts using advanced analytical techniques.
- Prepare concept notes and presentations to communicate findings.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to inform models.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Continuously optimize forecasting processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in Business Administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Quantitative field.
- 6-8 years of forecasting skills and therapeutic area experience.
- Basic Python coding skills.
- Extensive experience in business analysis and forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of one or more pharma therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Vaccines, etc.
- Experience with tools and techniques like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and data processing.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning/Statistical Learning and AI is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.
