About the role

  • Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across a variety of sectors
  • Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports that highlight key findings and provide value-added insights to clients
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate financial due diligence findings with other aspects of the transaction process
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a learning environment and encouraging career growth
  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service
  • Support business development initiatives, including market research and proposal development

Requirements

  • A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial due diligence
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
