Lead the technical aspects of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
Collaborate with technology, product, and business partners to gather requirements
Drive the adoption of the latest UI frameworks on Adobe platform
Oversee platform integration with Adobe marketing cloud solutions
Establish and enforce coding standards within the AEM team
Stay current with emerging trends in digital experience management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development
Proficient in technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript
Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3
Familiarity with Java concepts and patterns, including Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling
Experience with decoupled architectures and Agile methodologies
Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills
Adobe Certified Expert as an AEM Developer or AEM Architect is preferred
