About the role
- Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy
- Help clients develop actionable growth strategies
- Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues
- Assist in defining the objective and scope of strategy engagements
- Manage work streams and projects from data collection to creating final client deliverables
- Manage and motivate teams of professionals in performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Public Policy, a Life Science field, a Health Care field, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis
- Alternatively, Master’s degree in relevant fields plus 2 years of work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience including managing business strategy and M&A strategic diligence projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience making detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and supervising engagement teams of 2 or more members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including performing primary research, drafting survey instruments, conducting macro-economic forecasts, building financial models using MS Excel, and presenting analysis to senior clients
