- Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders
- Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business objectives
- Play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce, talent, and mobility strategies
- Work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources
Requirements
- Relevant professional service experience in a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance
- Experience of leading org. design engagements in supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing
- Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field of business, human resources, psychology
- Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
