About the role

  • Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify potential applications and innovations
  • Develop and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) using Generative AI and agentic AI technologies with advanced AI frameworks, including AutoGen and LangGraph
  • Research advanced retrieval augmented generation methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose improved AI methods and solutions for implementing into existing products and platforms
  • Write internal white papers as well as research papers for submission into premier AI conferences and workshops

Requirements

  • Master’s degree /Ph.D. in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
  • Deep technical expertise in Generative AI and agent frameworks such as AutoGen and LangGraph with an ability to quickly develop AI prototypes
  • Experience building multi-agent systems using LangChain/LangGraph and familiarity with observability tools like LangSmith
  • Solid understanding of basic and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python as well as knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch is required
  • Preferred experience with fine-tuning Small Language Models (SLMs)
  • Drive to solve customers’ problems using technical creativity and hard work
  • Ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audience
  • Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative
