About the role
- Partner closely with senior leaders to design, implement, and deliver talent initiatives
- Advise leaders on organizational design, role architecture, compensation, and talent planning
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to define hiring needs and support recruitment
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on talent matters
- Coordinate key talent processes such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a driver and change champion in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role
- Experience advising on organizational structures, job design, compensation, and career frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of operational environments
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise strong judgment
- Highly motivated, driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player
- Experience with high-volume hiring processes for operational roles
- Bilingual proficiency (English, French) is preferred
