About the role
- Advise on measuring, shifting, designing, and implementing organizational and individual behavioral programs
- Shape EY’s WalkMe strategy, support its implementation, and build internal WalkMe capability
- Plan and implement targeted behavior change initiatives that deliver sustained adoption and long-term value
- Lead engagement delivery with accountability for program/project management
- Manage client relationships with daily interaction and lead client engagements from planning to closure
- Develop and mentor internal WalkMe talent, helping grow EY’s capability and delivery capacity across regions
- Serve as a strategic liaison with WalkMe on go-to-market opportunities, product enhancements, and joint client pursuits
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
- Typically, no less than 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
- Technical skills in change management and experience design
- Strong communication and engagement strategy and delivery skills
- Expertise in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
- Leadership and workforce assessment capabilities
- Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
- Talent analytics and dashboarding skills
- Coaching and personal development proficiency
- Team effectiveness and development experience
- Experience designing, deploying, or managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption technologies
- Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
