About the role
- Provide project management support, and executive communication
- Support operating model design and transaction services agreement development
- Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning
- Support client engagement teams execute integration or carve-out services
- Analyze complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions
Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP and CMC)
- 3 years of related work experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US
