About the role

  • Be responsible for the execution of valuation projects
  • Lead EY-Parthenon teams and manage interactions with client management
  • Participate in the preparation of deliverables including reports and presentations
  • Communicate effectively with the engagement lead, the client, and the wider team
  • Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Assist senior team members in developing new business
  • Provide coaching to others and share your technical knowledge

Requirements

  • A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial /debt advisory
  • Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience
  • Valuation knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills both oral and written in Turkish and English
