About the role
- Work with stakeholders across the Assurance Service Line to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Implement the identified process improvements across the Audit business lifecycle, including but not limited to delivery, learning and deployment/assignment
- Develop process maps that are clear, detailed, and user focused
- Ensure redesigned or improved processes comply with relevant System of Quality Management (SQM) controls
- Assess and select systems and tools to address gaps between current and future processes
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics evaluating the effectiveness and value of process changes
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience
- At least 8 years at global professional services firms
- Familiarity with EY and/or global delivery models
- Prior experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional process initiatives
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to implement changes and improvements
- Analytical skills for problem identification and solution implementation
- Demonstrated success implementing impactful process improvements
- Prior Audit delivery or deployment experience is preferred but not essential
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for conveying findings and recommendations
