About the role

  • Prepare test strategy, test plan, test scenario, test scripts based on the project requirements.
  • Define and enforce quality standards, best practices and test methodologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and communicate testing status, risk, and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the testing team and with other stakeholders

Requirements

  • BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc.
  • 20 - 24 years of Testing experience in Wealth & Private banking, Core banking
  • Must have worked in multiple implementations of Temenos Transact T24 , TAP – Triple A Plus
  • Must have worked in multiple implementations of Transformation and Upgrade engagement
