Participate in operational excellence projects in the manufacturing sector, including advanced manufacturing and the automotive industry
Manage the financial aspects of engagements, including resource planning, cost tracking, and communicating issues to project leaders
Contribute to business development, including drafting proposals, publishing articles, and other external visibility initiatives
Build strong relationships within our Advisory service and with other EY teams
Mentor, supervise, and coach team members to support their professional development
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Actively participate in business development efforts and client relationship management
Contribute to revenue targets and quarterly and annual sales results

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or another relevant discipline
8 to 10 years of experience in consulting or industry, in a role related to manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, etc.)
Experience developing commercial proposals and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Experience in rapid assessment and transformation of operations and supply chain
Skills in inventory management, warehouse optimization, and improving operational performance
Expertise in quality improvement, production cost reduction, preventive maintenance strategy, and autonomous maintenance
Knowledge of supplier management, product lifecycle, procurement, and logistics
Experience in change management and digital transformation of operations (Smart Factory)
Fluency in French and English is required
