About the role
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights for operational excellence
- Participate in manufacturing and operational excellence projects
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships
- Identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements
- Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise issues with senior team members
- Confirm work is of high quality and is reviewed appropriately
- Help create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members
- Develop people through supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Participate in business development initiatives and lead parts of proposal development
- Focus on managed revenue targets and sales objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial / or manufacturing engineering or any other relevant degree
- 8-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of operational excellence capabilities (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, etc.)
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
- Fluency in French and English is required
