About the role

  • Work with the extended team to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
  • Acquire knowledge of new data analytics tools
  • Setup or work on manage services related projects as a SMR
  • Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team
  • Design and deliver solutions, create operating models, Governance frameworks and conduct workshops
  • Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations

Requirements

  • MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes with 1-2 years of relevant business/consulting experience
  • Experience in designing, building and delivering bespoke solutions across the value chain
  • Well-honed domain skills in at least two areas from Demand & Supply planning, Inventory Management, Procurement and Logistics
  • Understanding of supply chain business metrics, key drivers
  • Experience in conducting maturity model assessments, benchmarking and creating blueprints for performance/process improvement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for planning
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management
