About the role
- Support and maintenance of all technology within EY conference rooms
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for Crestron devices
- Troubleshoot audio and video issues, including display problems and resolution settings
- Provide remote hands support while guided by our network operations team
- Printer support including installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting
- Event and Meeting Support (may occur on-site or off-site)
Requirements
- 2+ years of on-site technical support experience, or degree in related discipline
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team mentality
- Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues
- Experience with equipment management including shipping, receiving, tracking, and managing hardware assets from acquisition through disposal process
