About the role
- Contribute to operations, manufacturing and Supply Chain client engagements and internal projects
- Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
- Identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements
- Anticipate and identify risks within engagements
- Confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer
- Help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members
- Develop people through supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial / or manufacturing engineering or any other relevant degree
- 6-8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of operational excellence capabilities (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, etc.)
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
- Experience and knowledge in fields like supply chain and operational excellence transformations, global trade and manufacturing optimization, operational performance improvement
- Ideally, an MBA (nice to have)
